What is Clarity, Freedom, and Peace all about?
Clarity means to bring to light that which has eluded you. Having clarity means that you can say that you love yourself, you can stand up to the energy vampires, toxic relationships, and the negative thoughts, words, and events that make up your past.
This Clarity will lead you to Freedom. When you realize who you are and embrace yourself just the way you are, you will find freedom. The freedom to be who you want to be, the freedom to choose how you want to live, the freedom to live your best life and so much more because we are limitless.
Peace is the result of having made the journey to clarity and freedom. It is about who you are, about what you want out of life. Peace is the reaction your soul has when it is free. Are you ready for peace?

Your Journey Begins Here
When you look at this logo what do you see?
A pretty design and colorful butterflies?
I see Hope, New Beginnings, and Love.
This design is the Dara knot, symbolizing New Beginnings or New Life. I intentionally chose this symbol as my logo at the very beginning of my journey, to serve as a constant reminder that my life was not over.
These Butterflies within the knot represent the promise of new life-a journey fraught with hardship and struggle, yet ultimately leading to growth. Through struggle comes growth, and through growth comes renewal and new life.
A Glimpse into My Journey
The very activities I incorporate into my groups today are the same ones that guided me to where I stand now. But let me tell you, I didn’t walk this path alone.
My journey was woven with the threads of a supportive community, and for that, I am endlessly thankful. Truth be told, I cherish even the tears-the moments where I surrendered and admitted, “I can’t do this alone.”
Yes, I’ve ventured, I’ve stumbled, and I’ve fallen into the depths of despair more times than I can count. Even so, in those vulnerable moments, I found the courage to whisper, “Universe, I need your guidance.”
The Turning Point
I reached a point where I refused to be defined by others’ perceptions or the expectations I imposed upon myself. Through two and a half years of relentless self discovery, I came to realize and embrace these invaluable Truths:

Each Soul's Journey is Unique
Maxime Legacé once said “Life is a mountain. Your goal is to find your path, not to reach the top.”
Your path, your journey is as unique as the fingerprint of your soul. Still, amid life’s distractions (oh look! Squirrel!) it’s easy to lose sight of our true path.
Some of us wander off the path in pursuit of grander horizons, only to discover that what we sought was never truly ours. We fall into a trap of “if only… then I could be happy,” setting unattainable benchmarks in a quest for recognition, success, and love, only to find ourselves adrift in unfamiliar terrain.
Embrace the Journey
Rediscovering the true path demands courage. Roadblocks loom large-emotions like fear and doubt, the whispers of our own egos, and the influence of those around us-all conspiring to keep us tethered to what we perceive as “safe.”
But when the question echoes within us, “Is this all there is?” or “Am I fated to spend my days wondering what might have been?”-it’s a sign, a whisper from the depths of our being that change beckons.
Each journey back to the true path is a testament to resilience, a testament to the uniqueness of your soul’s unfolding. Embrace the twists, the detours, and the unexpected series of events, for they are what makes this journey unmistakably yours.
Somebody to Lean On.
A journey of self-discovery isn’t always adorned with rainbows, unicorns, and slices of chocolate cake. Let’s face it—there are truths about our lives, about the people in our lives, and about ourselves that aren’t always easy to confront.
